Who We Are
iSmile Charitable Dental Clinic, a unit of Prakash Manchanda & Dr. Hemraj Memorial Trust (a registered NGO in India), is dedicated to making quality dental care accessible and affordable for every individual. Founded by Dr. Prashant Chaudhary and Dr. Neelam Chaudhary, iSmile has been serving the people of Gurgaon for over two decades with a commitment to oral health awareness, preventive care, and advanced treatments at charitable costs.
Our Journey
Our story began in 2001, when Dr. Prashant & Dr. Neelam started their private practice with a vision to improve smiles and lives. By 2008, their passion to serve the community led them to set up a small dental unit at a temple in Kanhai Gaon, Gurgaon, providing consultations, extractions, fillings, and root canals at subsidized rates.
In 2012, to ensure proper sterilization and modern facilities, iSmile moved to a dedicated rented space in Sector 40, Gurgaon. Over time, the clinic grew into a state-of-the-art dental center equipped with multiple chairs, digital X-rays, rotary endodontics, and advanced sterilization systems. In 2019, iSmile was formally brought under the Prakash Manchanda & Dr. Hemraj Memorial Trust, expanding its services and outreach.
By 2024, iSmile shifted into a spacious 3000 sq. ft. modern facility, with a dedicated team of specialists including general dentists, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, periodontists, and orthodontists — making it a one-stop destination for complete dental care.
2026, is a good start to expand to overall health by i-Smile, now it is Charitable Multispeciality Clinic, providing medical consultations and physiotherapy 2 days every week to our patients. Our medical and physiotherapy specialists are available weekly providing consultations and treatments for improving overall health of society.
