Our Story
The journey of iSmile began with the vision of Dr. Prashant Chaudhary and Dr. Neelam Chaudhary, who started their private practice in 2001. Their passion for community service soon grew into something bigger:
2008 – Free dental consultations at a temple in Kanhai Gaon, Gurgaon.
2012 – Shift to a dedicated clinic in Sector 40 with better hygiene and sterilization facilities.
2019 – iSmile became part of the registered Prakash Manchanda & Dr. Hemraj Memorial Trust.
2024 – Expansion to a modern 3000 sq. ft. clinic, fully equipped with advanced dental technology.
From a single dental chair to a full-fledged charitable dental hospital, iSmile has grown into a trusted name in community oral health.
